The Mystical and Magical System of the A .'. A .'. - The Spiritual System of Aleister Crowley & George Cecil Jones Step-by-Step (300 pages) @500 The Mystical and Magical System of the A .'. A .'. is the first serious work on the A .'. A .'. System in over 50 years! “Previously, so comprehensive a guide book has not been readily available.” Initiation is a reality. Humanity has a potential to grow far beyond its native state of consciousness and capability. This growth is a spiritual growth. Its fruits inform and empower every facet of human, mortal expression, while disclosing to each of us our own inherently immortal natures. On this spiritual growth, more than any other thing, the future welfare and progress of humanity depends. For thousands of years, Adepts have known how to unlock or awaken this growth – how to mature it and unleash genius at will.  Beginning in 1906, two such Adepts, Aleister Crowley and George Cecil Jones, organized and made public the mystical and magical disciplines by which any motivated person can achieve this spiritual maturity and have direct experience of realization, liberation, union with God, or cosmic consciousness. They called their system A .'. A .'. Its methods are those of empirical science; its aims, those of devoted religion. This book explores, step-by-step, the mystical and magical system of the A .'. A .'. For many in the West, it is a strange thought that spirituality can be drilled in the same way that a muscle is strengthened. Yet, an ear trained to listen to music detects wondrous subtleties that the untrained ear misses. The same is true of the palate trained to distinguish fine food and wine, or the eye trained to discriminate nuance in any of a thousand areas. The same is true of spiritual experience. The stages of its unfolding are distinct: the discovery of one’s True Will (or who one is in the Universe), and the practical means of expressing this in the world; the Knowledge and Conversation of the Holy Guardian Angel (or conscious union with the Divine); and the continued advance toward and through that vast gulf, or Abyss, which lies between humanity and Divinity. The author, in more than 20 years of experience of the mystical and magical system of the A .'. A .'., has derived enormous value from it. This book is the clearest, most complete presentation of the system ever written. “Never before have the inner pathways of this Journey been so finely mapped, nor the Way so clearly marked. To you, dear children of the Light, do we deliver freely what has been given to us. May the Way be opened for all who would walk it, proudly, joyously, serenely – with strength, wisdom, love, and the LIGHT which informs them with Beauty.” – from Chapter 11 of the Mystical and Magical System of the A .'. A .'.

The Darkside of the Moon - A Complete Course in Magic and Witchcraft @500cr (119 pages) Rare text that gives a variety of insights into creation of Thralls, secrets of Gypsy Sorcerers, dark Necromantic practices, potent magic and much more! The data in this book is authentic, many of the ceremonies were undertaken by young female witches and male students of the occult, under the supervision of an Occult Master. The results they established, and which are recorded in this book, can be achieved by anyone, providing that they have the nerve, patience and the ability to carry out the written instruction exactly. The phenomena, or magic, is the result of certain phase of mind. The ceremonies help to achieve this, much sought after, state of mind. It can only come through practice, incantation or ritual. In very rare case it can be spontaneously evoked by the subconscious mind. However, such spontaneously action can not be controlled, which is dangerous, whereas the achievement of the necessary phase of mind, through ceremony, is the result of a disciplined mind that is under control at all times.

The Book of Results by Ray Sherwin (27 pages) synopsis Casting sigils is a highly effective form of sorcery and Sherwin provides a sound overview of the process. He cuts through the cant, rhetoric and old-fashioned moral baggage associated with magical practice and shows us how to use sigils to influence the subconscious, bypassing the often contradictory and usually self-sabotaging internal dialogue of the conscious mind. The Book of Results was first published in 1978 just as Chaos Magick was emerging from the stygian depths of the primordial occult oozo and it was essentially a book about the practise and theory of sigils as espoused by Austin Spare at the turn of the Twentieth Century. However, Sherwin takes the process of working with sigils and develops it into a fully ritualised technique. In this book he describes a daily regime that, at first glance, seems to owe more to Abra-Melin (probably from ABR MLAIM –‘powerful consecrations’) though much more compact and personalised than to Chaos Magick. However, this is Chaos Magick in its true form without much chaos. The chaos in this book is anything but disorganised. The discipline described by Sherwin is far from the adhoc, make-it-up-as-you-go-along rituals that often seems to accompany much of what Chaos Magick has become over the years. The true Chaos Magick that Sherwin describes is the chaos of abandoning all established theory and running barefoot ahead with no boundaries. This sort of writing is where Chaos Magick came from. Letting go of the cobwebs of doctrine and dogma - left over by the likes of Crowley, Mathers or The Key of Solomon - is what Chaos Magick was supposed to be about. Having said that Sherwin isn't afraid of referring to the likes of Crowley but he takes what he needs and builds from there. The book includes a great deal of practical advice, which can be very useful at the beginning of a magical career and is a breath of fresh air to any one who wants to learn REAL Magick. This revised version of The Book of Results includes additional chapters which are both thought provoking and innovative. Some may think he strips magic (k) of its mystery, romance and grandeur, if so you should look elsewhere if you are seeking enlightenment, union with the Divine, or fancy a chat with your Holy Guardian Angel. However, if like most of us, you simply want to create and fire a number of sigils to help you manifest your desires (sex, wealth, material things); THE BOOK OF RESULTS provides the information you need.

Lon Milo DuQuette - The Chicken Qabalah of Rabbi Lamed Ben Clifford: Dilettante's Guide to What You Do and Do Not Need to Know to Become a Qabalist (233 pages) @300 A unique and humorous—and also uniquely practical—approach to the increasingly popular study of Qabalah. This is a seriously funny book! Learn the basics of Qabalah in spite of yourself! Traditional Qabalistic (or Cabalistic, or, indeed, Kabbalistic—read this book to find out what the difference is…we know you’ve always wondered) sources tend to be a bit, er, dry. DuQuette spices up the Qabalah and makes it come alive, restoring the joy of learning the fundamentals of this admittedly arcane system by using simple, amusing anecdotes and metaphors. This account, written psuedepigraphically (fictitiously attributed to a supposed authority), allows DuQuette as Rabbi Lamed Ben Clifford to soar to outrageous heights and, when necessary, stand apart from the silliness to highlight the golden eggs of Qabalistic wisdom nested therein. Sure to be a revelation to those all who think that teaching about the Qabalah needs to be tedious and serious, DuQuette shows that great truths can be transmitted through the medium of laughter.

25

The Practice of Magical Evocation @200cr Sacred Magick Edition (350 pages) synopsis In magical terms, the book is a practical guide to the proper evocation of and communication with spiritual, magical and divine entities. It is perhaps the only truly significant modern study of direct contact with the universal teachers -- the other major works in the field are products of the Medieval, Renaissance, and Reformation periods. But beyond that, there is a fascinating glimpse into a complete magical universe. Bardon outlines a totally new and original hierarchy of magic, from the spirits of the four elements to those of the various planets, and even to each degree of the zodiac. Included with the names and descriptions of the various entities are a collection of previously unknown magical sigils, as well as a true account of ancient astrology| PME Commentary by Rawn Clark (24 pages)

Joseph Lisiewski - Ceremonial Magic & The Power of Evocation: A System of Personal Power (204 pages) @300 synopsis For centuries, the ceremonial evocation of spiritual beings has been Magic's darkest corner. Reputed to fulfill the Magician's material desires, evocation has been the topic of the most famous Grimoires---the Grammars of Magic. From the Sworn Book of Honorius the Magician, to the Greater Key of Solomon and the Goetia; from the Grand Grimoire, to the complete treatise of the Lemegeton, all give direct, yet difficult, directions to the individual desiring to have the 'good life' in the here-and-now. But the simplest of Grimoires, the Heptameron of Peter de Abano, has escaped the attention of modern Ceremonialists. Its simplicity and power in summoning the Aerial Spirits is second to none. Ceremonial Magic lays bare the operation of the Heptameron. Its Magical Axioms, extensive Commentaries, copious notes, and personal instructions to the reader---all gained from Dr. Lisiewski's forty-years of study and practice in Ceremonial Magic---make this a resource that no serious student of Magic can afford to be without. It is all here, as in no other Grimoire. Use its instructions and the world of evocation and personal gratification are well within your grasp!

34 Enochian Magic for Beginners by Donald Tyson (384 pages) @300cr synopsis While Enochian Magic for Beginners focuses on bringing the intimidating subject of Enochian magic within the reach of the novice, the book grants its subject much more than superficial treatment. Western ceremonial magician and author Donald Tyson gives a comprehensive address on the history of and a solid foundation for actually working with this fascinating system of magic. What sets Tyson's treatment apart is his examination of the original system in its entirety, as it was given to John Dee and Edward Kelley in the late 1500s by the same angels who revealed the wisdom to Enoch in Old Testament times. This is not the same form of Enochian magic practiced by Golden Dawn members, which Tyson maintains is only a fragment of the original. The author's lucid connection of the mechanics of Enochian magic with its original philosophical and spiritual significance in Enochian Magic for Beginners answers the questions of the uninitiated while still being of importance to the adept.

Practical Sigil Magic: Creating Personal Symbols for Success by Frater U.D  (134 pages) @500cr This book is scarce, and expensive elsewhere. However, upon acquisition one quickly discovers that it is very much worth whatever the price tag that accompanied it. The rich fullness of information contained within its pages is not to be found on the web. With that in mind, upon reading the book and putting its teachings into practice, it becomes quite obvious why PSM is so sought after, and why it is unlikely that it will ever be reprinted - it was never intended for the eyes of the masses; indeed, giving this book to the unprepared would be closely equivalent to giving handgrenades to toddlers. If you are seeking a book that will supply you with a small but very versatile range of relatively simple but exceedingly potent techniques, showing you how to quickly and easily access and alter both your own innermost being and the fabric of your local reality field, look no further. Practical Sigil Magic delivers completely.

Creative Visualization: Use the Power of Your Imagination to Create What You Want in Your Life by Shakti Gawain (194 pages) @300cr When it comes to creating the life you want, Shakti Gawain literally wrote the book. Now considered a classic, Creative Visualization teaches readers how to use their imaginations to manifest their deepest desires. In a straight-talking narrative, Gawain uses the first part to cover the basics, with chapters such as "How to Visualize," "Affirmations," and "Creative Visualization Only Works for the Good." Once she shows readers how visualization actually works, Gawain moves on to loftier discussions, such as "Contacting Your Higher Self," "Meeting Your Guide," "Setting Goals," and "Treasure Maps." Fear not; this isn't a spiritual-lightweight book for people with a severe case of the "gimmes." Gawain has her priorities in the right place, and she cautions readers that creative visualization will not serve greed or shallow-minded thinking. For example, she discourages the cycle of trying to have more money, so you can do what you want in life, so you will be happier. "The way it actually works is the reverse," she explains. "You must first be who you really are, then do what you need to do, in order to have what you want." Yet she also writes an excellent chapter on letting go of the misguided guilt that inhibits readers from becoming truly prosperous.

Donald Michael Kraig - Modern Magick: Eleven Lessons in the High Magickal Arts (528 pages) @500 synopsis Modern Magick is the most comprehensive step-by-step introduction to the art of ceremonial magic ever offered. The eleven lessons in this book will guide you from the easiest of rituals and the construction of your magickal tools through the highest forms of magick: designing your own rituals and doing pathworking. Along the way you will learn the secrets of the Kabbalah in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. Essential one of the key texts which has taken magick and again thrust it into the daylight. Magickal orders worldwide, from pagans, to Wiccans to the Golden Dawn, owe the tremendous rise in interest in magick in large part to Kraig's influence through this phenomenal volume. Unlike other texts, most characterized by Crowley's habit of talking around magickal theory, Kraig's text emphasizes the "DOING" in magick, and gets the reader/student performing rituals and making magick from the very first chapter. While heavily influenced and almost wholly based on the Golden Dawn system, Modern Magick also incorporates other systems, with a whole lotta pagan workings and a dash of tantric thrown in, to boot. Kraig was one of the first authors to address the much lamented tendency that ceremonial magicians talk a lot about magick, but actually DO very little. This book is fundamentally focused on doing, and, while a course for the beginner, takes the student through sufficiently advanced magick to satisfy the depth of knowledge any novice is likely to aspire to.

46

Prometheus Rising by R.A Wilson (284 pages) @100cr synopsis This book explains human experience in terms of biological circuits and imprints. It tells you how to alter your brain in a positive fashion. He teaches you to see the world differently, though not necessarily his way. The author demonstrates how the human mind can be either used for freedom or slavery in this book. The choice is up to us. Using Leary's model of the Eight Circuit nervous system Wilson explain such things as patriotism, brainwashing, and morality. He then systematically shows you how to brainwash yourself for fun and profit. The exercises are the main benefit of the book. This is taking into account all the useful information he provides on each circuit, along with correspondences to the Tarot and James Joyce.

49

Lon Milo DuQuette - Illustrated Goetia: Sexual Evocation (119 pages) @500 synopsis "Goetia [refers to] all the operations of that Magick which deals with gross, malignant or unenlightened forces." Goetia is sometimes thought of as a wild card, something that can get out of control, something which expresses the operator's lower desires to control others and improve his own personal life. And, in fact, this potential loss of control, this danger, the desire for self improvement and great power is exactly what attracts many people to Goetia while horrifying and repelling others. Crowley's Goetia is brought to life with vivid illustrations of the demons. Commentary by DuQuette and Hyatt bring the ancient arts into the modern day.
